TRACING THE DASHPER STEPS :An exciting bus Tour of Dashper Devon Historic Places that we have organised specially for you. Everyone will receive information pack with map and illustrated information for the journey. There will be frequent stops and meal breaks, and lots of memorable steps to add to your family's journey over the centuries.

Notable places that have Dashper family associations that we will be visiting on the journey are as follows:

Berry Pomeroy,  where Nigel the custodian of Berry Pomeroy church will answer questions and give us a short guided tour

Little Hempston, a little place indeed, but has a lovely church,

Brixham,  which will include "Dashpers" and of course St.Marys Church.

Ipplepen, where we will have lunch at the Plough Inn. We are hoping here, that Arthur French will be able to meet us all at the Church and talk to us about our association with this area.

Cockington, near Torquay via the beautiful scenic Torquay sea front.

Return to Plymouth and back to China Fleet.

[Starting times, and the itemised itinerary and map with fact sheet and activity for the children,  will be included in your registration packs.]
